What if I don't remember my biller's login details?
Having trouble connecting to one of your billers, or can’t remember your login credentials? We’ve got you covered!
When attempting to add a biller, you will see a Help link in the upper right corner and can select I don't remember my details. This will take you to your biller’s website where you can do just that. Once you’ve done so, just re-enter your updated credentials in Prism and you will be all set!
