What do I do if my biller isn't syncing?
If you're having trouble getting a particular biller to sync, your best bet is to verify your login credentials. When adding a biller in Prism, you should see a link to review or reset your credentials underneath where you enter your credentials. This will take you to the website of your biller, where you can verify that you're entering the credentials correctly.
